Buying in 5 steps:
1. Registering to view the Lots
Your must register in order to see the Lots.
Some Lots are only available for members of trade only. In order to see these Lots, you must register as a member of the trade.
2. Registering to bid
To bid on the lots you need to register as a buyer and provide your contact details. The final process is to request a 2 EUR registration fee taken off a debit or credit card via PayPal’s payment platform.
After a quick process of approval, we will provide you with a password.
3. Placing a bid/price offer or a buy now order
Once registered, you will be able to make price offers, select the buy now option (if available), or place bids.
4. Payment
Once the auction has finished, you will receive an email informing you if your bid was successful.
An invoice will be emailed within 48 hours after the auction and. Where possible, we will also include a shipping quotation. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard, wire transfer or in cash.
5. Collection or shippment
After your payment is confirmed, you can either collect your Lots at ARTES' premises or arrange a shipment for them.
